Kerry Fragar learned the foundations of photography with film and darkroom techniques over two decades ago, starting at school, and won her first awards at the age of 13. She has since exhibited as a solo artist and been invited to participate in many group exhibitions; she has also been published internationally for her commercial work. Kerry travels extensively, having visited 40 countires and produces a diverse collection of fine art images. When not travelling, Kerry can be found at her bases in Toowoomba, South East Queensland, the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains (where she grew up) or the picturesque town of Orange in the Central West of NSW where she studied and founded Perspective Photography.

Kerry has received recognition within the photographic industry, having portfolios of both her Landscape and Travel images awarded prizes in Australasia's Top Emerging Photographers (Capture Magazine, 2021 and 2018), Commended in The Mono Awards (2024 and 2022), being shortlisted for the Australian Photography Awards (2016) and being named winner of the Womankind Photographer's Award (January 2017).

Kerry has also been featured onscreen as a photographer on the Australian TV series "The Farmer Wants A Wife" (2016) and has been a guest speaker and photographic judge. Experience on both sides of the lens has enhanced her eye for aesthetics and understanding of perspective, with no restriction on subject genre.

As a commercial photographer, Kerry's experience ranges from hanging from cliffs, to working with artists on innovative projects, to being 1100m underground photographing state of the art machinery.
